One year ago, we were preparing to bring Jack home from the NICU. It was scary for a few moments and we almost didn't get to bring him home. That morning, they found that his other injuinal hernia had popped out, this was after he had surgery to repair one of them. Thankfully, the NP from general surgery taught us how to reduce it and said they would quickly set up a surgery time for him. Thank heavens! Once they decided that, Brooke got us out of there as quickly as possible. It is amazing how quickly we could get out of there.

Of course, you all know how much he's grown in this last year! He had his 15 month check up on Tuesday - 19.5lbs; 29.75inches! He moved up to 13% in height on the growth chart and is still holding steady at 1% (but closing in on 3%) on the weight chart!
Love that man!!! It has been so fun to watch him grow.
